The process

Old craft.
Measured by
modern hands.

A traditional Chinese braise meets a connected production line. The tools are new, the respect for flavor and consistency is not.

The idea

Let the tofu
carry the flavor.

Good tofu starts with good soybeans and careful handling. A memorable braised tofu starts with patience. We select soybeans, control the soak, grind, form and fry, then give the tofu time to take on the character of the braise.

This is a process built around texture and depth: a surface sauce can be tasted immediately; a slow braise stays with the tofu.

From ingredient to texture

Three ideas behind
every satisfying bite.

The production line is precise. The final quality judgment is human.

01

Select the soy.

Carefully selected soybeans begin the process. Controlled soaking and grinding set the foundation for clean bean aroma and a smooth structure.

02

Build the bite.

Forming and dewatering are managed on a PLC-controlled line, helping create consistent tofu structure from batch to batch.

03

Give it time.

High-temperature frying creates the range’s characteristic texture. Slow braising lets broth and seasoning move through the tofu.

A connected line

Built for
consistency, batch
after batch.

Ingredient handling, processing, seasoning and packing are coordinated through one connected system. Digital production gives the team a clearer view of each stage.

  • PLC-controlled forming

A measured, repeatable structure that supports the texture of every range.

  • Central digital management

More visibility across the line, with people checking and caring for quality.

  • Sealed for shelf life

Vacuum sealing and heat treatment support stable, ready-to-eat packs.
